Schedule: The migration will start on Thursday, Feb 26, 2019, at 7:00 PM IST and will complete by Friday, Feb 27, 2019, until IST 6:00 AM
Upgradation note: During this activity, we will be changing Server hardware as well as the IP pool.
Expectations from you:
If you are using our hosting name servers then you should not do any changes from your side.
Note: Clients who have pointed their websites via A-records from other DNS servers need to update A-record of their websites:

New Website IP: 103.127.146.241
New Nameserver Detail:
nsw3.hostitsmart.com --> 103.127.146.242
nsw4.hostitsmart.com --> 103.127.146.243
Mail Server settings :
Email server: mail.yourdomainname or win01-m.hostitsmart.com
Important: Do not use IP address in the database connection string, FTP or configure outlook or other email clients.
Expected Downtime: 10 to 12 hours
Communication Plan: Our help-desk will be fully functional and available during the migration process. We will keep posting periodic updates in the announcements section of hostitsmart.com to keep you fully informed of the status of the migration process.
